Based at their corporate Head Office in Kings Park in Sydney s West, we are looking for the proven talents of a qualified and experienced Business / Financial Analyst. Purpose of the role To actively support the National and NZ team of Distribution Centre (DC) Managers with P&L reporting, to maximise DC costings and ensure the optimum performance of DC staff. Main Focus areas Profit & Loss reporting - Analysing the cost drivers and consulting with Finance & DC contacts internally to resolve any account issues. Reviewing and maintaining KPIs - Reviewing the data received whilst also liaising continuously with DC Managers and stakeholders, to ensure that KPIs are met and where possible - exceeded. Data analysis & reporting - Filtering through KPI outcomes and identifying associated drivers, supporting the monthly P&L review process and actively contributing in the budget process. Support - Ensuring that DC Managers are consistently and adequately supported in relation costs, therefore maximising the operation of each DC to optimum levels. Problem solving & reasoning - To ensure that all data and figures received are reviewed with a commitment to understanding the associated drivers and offering suggestions for valid solutions.

Experience required Minimum of 4 years current and previous experience in a Business/Financial Analyst role. Experience within the Transport industry (preferred) or Supply Chain. Proven understanding of the JD Edwards system (preferred) or a related Accounting system.
Qualification/s required Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
