My Story:  My working career started in Tourism and Travel, I traveled for 3 years still unsure of my future direction. I was given an opportunity within the blue collar recruitment sector as a receptionist and I have not looked back since. I am happy and fortunate enough to say that I pretty much worked within every role that the recruitment industry could throw at you. And I have loved it!!!
What I love about jobwire:  Performance recognition is still alive and I love the growth opportunities that jobwire has and still provides. Career Path: At a point in time when my productivity, performance and tenure justifies it I aspire to run an office with the same type of stellar team as I am now a part of and grow the company into the future providing exceptional service and long lasting client relationships which are the key to surviving in this industry.
Qualifications: having been a Recruiter/Headhunter/Staffing agent in the United States for almost 18 years I have touched upon almost every niche market for permanent placements and have done well both financially and building repoire with a diverse range of companies. Having run my own Industrial staffing office (Casuals) I feel competent to engage any type of  job order in any market.
My story: Having begun in recruiting in the New York market in the U.S. I enjoyed years of interesting placements working within many types of assignments in both Domestic and International markets. Relocating to Australia with my family I chose to establish myself in what I perceived to be a more stable and vibrant market and attach myself to the kind of organization I felt was in line with what I enjoyed as a culture and the type of people I could have fun working with while enjoying the business and earning a living.
What ‘I’ love about JOBWIRE!: I find the company to be the antithesis of the standard stuffed shirt corporate atmosphere of tension and stress allowing for a more relaxed environment conducive to individual creativity and self management. Additionally it does not have the ‘going to work’ feel but more of a heading to the office to have fun adventure in which every day hold new challenge, excitement, opportunities and a bit of the unknown allowing for an interesting and unpredictable workday. Being part of a diverse team of managers and fellow consultants allows for continually learning and incorporating the best of both worlds from my American background and my Australian indoctrination into what I hope will be a career role yielding both reward and advancement as a permanent role of my own right here with a great bunch of people!
