The Role: As a generalist recruiter in the temp desk, you will be exposed to multiple industry sectors and relevant clients and candidates. You will be involved in: Accepting job requirements Attraction of talent - Through advertising in various online mediums Screening of candidates prior to interview Interview of candidates and short-listing Data entry of all registered talent and supporting paperwork Daily liaison with clients and prospective clients Client relationship maintenance including site visits and OH&S inspections Daily reporting and hand over of reporting and calls to the After Hours team The Person: Recruitment is a sales based environment so ideally, we are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is seeking to develop a stellar career in the industry.
