Our Talent Service Consultants are responsible for attracting, assessing, informing and referring our talent, having the majority of contact with our talent. They have the ability to generate new business through candidate liaisons whilst conducting presentations on our talent both professionally and honestly. Most of the daily tasks will include pre-screening resumes, talent interviews, reference checking, skills testing and ensuring our internal data base is continually updated.
